Easy to apply: With the gel pad positioned onto the plastic portion, thread the end of the strap through the plastic loop. Now slide the tennis elbow strap over the hand up to the forearm. With the gel pad positioned over the painful area of the forearm, grip the end of the strap and pull it away from the arm until tightened. Never overtighten. Attach the loose end around the forearm. Care: Wipe gel pad clean using soap and water. Hand wash strap in cold water using mild detergent. Air dry.
